## Questions

**Do I need to know anything about technology?** No. That's our job. Tell us how your business works and what's getting in the way, and we'll suggest what would help, in words that make sense.

**How much will it cost?** It depends on what you need. Whatever it is, you get a fixed price in writing before any work starts, and the first chat is free. We'll also tell you about any running costs, like hosting, before you agree.

**How long does it take?** Most small projects go live in 1 to 12 weeks, depending on what you choose. You'll get a date in the plan before you commit to anything.

**What if I only need something small?** That's fine. Lots of our work is small, like a one-page website or a helper that answers a few common questions. Small jobs get the same care.

**Will you look after it after it goes live?** Yes. Our simple monthly care plans cover updates, backups, security and small changes, so you're never left on your own.

**Can you work with the tools I already use?** Usually, yes. Email, Xero, QuickBooks, Shopify, booking tools, WhatsApp. We connect to what you have rather than making you start again.

**Are you a big agency?** No, and that's the point. We're a small London team. You get senior people who care about your business, not a junior account manager.
