## Questions

**Do I need an app, or will a website do?** It depends on what you want people to do. For regular customers and field teams an app often wins. For most other things a good website is enough, and we'll tell you honestly.

**Are there app store fees?** Apple charges a yearly developer fee and Google a one-off fee. You pay them directly so the app sits in your name, and we set it all up.

**Can it really work without signal?** Yes. It saves everything on the phone and syncs as soon as signal returns.

**How do updates work?** We handle updates and publish them to the stores for you. Your users just get the new version.

**Who owns the app?** You do: the app, the store listing, the code and the data.
